HCI Equity Partners announces that Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS), one of its portfolio companies which is a leading asset-light transportation and logistics services provider, has acquired all of the outstanding capital stock of CTW Transport (“CTW”).

CTW, located in Massachusetts, is a truckload carrier focused primarily on refrigerated food products.
