Executive Partners

Bob Wonder became an Executive Partner at HCI in 2020.  He brings long standing international foodservice experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, product development and aftermarket support and works closely with HCI portfolio company Tech24.

Prior to this, Mr. Wonder served as EVP/General Manager Americas for Welbilt.  His $1b P&L responsibilities included global manufacturing/product line value stream and sales & marketing for the Welbilt Portfolio of Frymaster, Cleveland, Lincoln, Manitowoc Ice, Multiplex, Delfield, Merco and Kolpak Brands. In addition, he was responsible for Dealer/Buying Group relationships and Global Strategic Accounts.  Prior to Welbilt, Bob served as EVP for IMI Cornelius.  He also served in executive sales & marketing positions for Sara Lee Corporation, Douwe Egberts, Beatrice Foods and Lykes Bros.

Mr. Wonder holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and continued his executive education at Insead University, Fontainebleau, France.
