Brittany McDonald is Chief of Staff and Vice President of Communications at HCI Equity Partners, having joined the firm in 2023. She works directly with Doug McCormick, Managing Partner of HCI, and leads the strategy and implementation of multi-channel communications both internally and externally.
Prior to joining HCI, Ms. McDonald served as Assistant Vice President at EIG Global Energy Partners where she focused on investor relations and capital development. Previously, she was a Vice President at JLL, where she was responsible for managing real estate strategies for institutional clients. Ms. McDonald began her career at the Carlyle Group focused on fundraising and investor relations.
Ms. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
