Ben Choi is a Vice President and joined HCI Equity Partners in 2022. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Prior to joining HCI, Mr. Choi held strategic finance roles with MSI Express, a food and beverage contract packager and manufacturer, and several multi-unit restaurant groups.
Prior to that, Mr. Choi was an Associate at Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on control investments in business services, consumer, healthcare, and industrial businesses. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey and BB&T Capital Markets, where he focused on transportation, logistics, and industrials mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Choi is a graduate of the College of William & Mary where he double majored in Economics and Political Science.
