HCI Equity Partners announces its acquisition of Milan Express, a leading provider of regional transportation and logistics solutions, specializing in truckload and warehousing and distribution services.  The Company operates a network of 275 employee drivers utilizing a fleet of company-owned, late model tractors and over 900 trailers.  Milan also currently operates 530,000 square feet of warehouse space in Milan and Jackson, Tennessee. The Company will be changing its name to Milan Supply Chain Solutions to better reflect its full service offering.
