Lisa Costello is HCI Equity Partners’ Chief Administrative Officer. She also serves as the firm’s Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Costello leads HCI’s administrative and compliance operations and is an integral member of the management team. Prior to this role, Lisa served as HCI’s CFO for more than a decade.
Before joining the HCI team in 2004, Ms. Costello was as a senior accountant for The NHP Foundation. Prior to that, Ms. Costello was a senior auditor at Reznick Fedder & Silverman (currently known as CohnReznick).
Ms. Costello received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University and she is a licensed CPA. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Washington Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association from 2106 through 2023.
